MISSING AND/OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE POLICY: Missing and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 working days of receiving shipment. Retain all packing materials, boxes and damaged merchandise to provide evidence of damage. Claims made after 10 working days of receipt will be denied.
RETURN POLICY/BACK ORDERS - We at Legend want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please find the return information on the back of the packing slip enclosed in each order. Complete the information with your request for exchange, credit or refund. Returns should be shipped insured in order to trace your package. We cannot be responsible for lost returns. Freight charges are not refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error. Please send returns to: Sportsman's Marketing, 4503 NW 36th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73122. Returns must be received back within 30 days of arrival for a refund. S&H not included. All Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, and any labels attached. Refunds and size changes are not applicable on custom embroidered goods. Please follow shipping label instructions for proper crediting of your account. Back order merchandise will ship as soon as available. Credit cards will not be charged until the merchandise ships. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our catalog information, occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. Prices subject to change without notice.
